Whats the best food to eat during a long gaming session, and why?

Personally i opt for chocolate covered coffee beans
Caffeine and chocolate, it helps keep me awake. and its chocolate ^^

BTW no-one needs suggest fruit and vegetables. Gaming calls for unhealthy sometimes foods XD

Pizza. You get a little bit from each food group: Meat, Bread, Dairy, Veggies.

Ramen noodles is also good. It’s really quick to make. Once it cools down, you can eat and rehydrate at the same time.
